Warranties

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workman like manner according to standard practices and is guaranteed for five full years. Any alterations or deviation from above specification involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by workman's compensation insurance. The contract price and any portion thereof, shall bear interest of eighteen percent (18% per annum) (18%APR) from recover reasonable attorney fees. This agreement contains the entire agreement of the prices hereto and may not be modified or terminated only in writing signed by all parties hereto.
